Troy Dumais Blog - First Days in Beijing

Well the opening ceremony kicked off the 2008 Olympic Games. I still can't believe it's here already. It feels like it was yesterday that we had more than a year left before I had to be prepared for the ending of my hard fought quadrennium.  THis is my third Olympic Games.

I have been to China so many times over the past 15 years of international travel for USA Diving.  But being in Beijing and getting the opportunity to see one of the most amazing man-made marvels of the World, the Great Wall, was an experience I will never forget. From the hike up to the Wall to the bobsled adventure down the mountain each moment I will treasure forever.
